Eric, I am turning 61 this month and just last year I learned how the body, soul, and Spirit interact to make our reality with God Almighty through Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit authentic. You are so right! Christian leaders always say that the more you read your bible, the closer you get to God. And I would think to myself, “I feel direct connection to God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit when I meditate, or do yoga. Yoga is a mind, body, and spirit practice. Yoga means union. Jesus often meets me there, and brings up buried things that are in my spirit when i am on the mat, and a lot of old wounds are healed.
