My phone appears in my dreams regularly, most of my dreams consists of me sitting on a couch or sitting somewhere or being somewhere, and having my phone out in my hands scrolling through stuff, it's like I'll just be sitting there in my dream scrolling through like YouTube, and I can fall on see in color in detail of what exactly I'm looking at, list of videos on there or ones that I've watched before mostly from like Markiplier, jacksepticeye, kubz scouts, CaRtOoNz, dead squirrel, and delirious. And they're all videos like old ones that I've watched before that I fall on click on and start to watch again, can I listen to YouTube when I sleep and I'll watch YouTube videos over so I have very specific videos from each channel memorized, like at least six from each channel memorized in my full memory, so my dream will just pick one and here I go again watching it. No I'm definitely not a normal dreamer given the fact that I can lucid dream, I have insane details in my dreams, and I dream in color, I also get sleep paralysis sometimes. But yeah in my dreams I mostly watch YouTubers the wall sitting on the couch, and very rarely sometimes will I play video games on my phone to.

My guess to why we don't have phones in dreams is because when we look at a phone we don't interpret that as a phone, we interpret what's on the screen instead so everything consumed from your phone can be in your dream, but not as likely for the phone itself.
