Psalm 132: The Vow That Changed History

The deepest longing in God's heart is to fully dwell on the earth with His people. There have been few individuals in history who have understood this longing, and even fewer who have thrown their whole lives into the gap to see the fullness of this longing manifested in their generation.

David is one of those rare few, and in Psalm 132, he makes a vow to not allow himself to rest until God finds a resting place on the earth. This vow would consume and shape the rest of David's life.

This vow moved God to make a covenant with David, and made him one of the foremost players in God's plan of redemption. I believe that this same vow is meant to consume our generation. That there would be people with holy zeal to see God have a resting place here on the earth and dwell in the midst of His people.

Join me in this course as we walk through Psalm 132, and become a people consumed with zeal for God's house.

The word of God tells no lie
I m fear you don't exist
A myth
But I know the coincidence of creation
Is not a result of random creation
