Dr. H.P. Chettri, an esteemed educationist and founder of institutions like Damber Singh Degree College, Harkamaya B.Ed. College, and the Himalayan Pharmacy Institute in Sikkim, has made remarkable contributions to Sikkimese society. At the age of 64, he completed his Ph.D. in sociology, proving that age is merely a number and underscoring the message that dreams have no expiry date.
