Anthropologically speaking, many disciplines uses special language to shroud itself in mystery and create an in-group status. That makes sense for engineering and physics where such language is efficacious. The oddity in law is that these terms are readily translatable. Great video, thank you. Dan ....I’m dealing with a case now that is coram non judice.

Ya forgot _nunc pro tunc, _ one of my favorites.😎 Another one I learned from Justice Scalia that I love to use, which gets even judges is _qui tacet consentire videtur._
