I assume this is a joke but Mochi normally has nothing to do with poison (Pecharunt just had to feed the things it controls something cause that's how Momotaro befriends the dog, monkey and pheasant in the original story), so even if a poison Eeveelution was a thing it wouldn't make any sense to name it after mochi.
