I was on my Honeymoon with my wife in Italy, and we saw James and his family in Positano walking up some stairs in the afternoon, people were asking for photos with him and he said "No sorry, I'm with my family", In the hustle and bustle of life, it was a good reminder of what is important, and what should be put first. Singing to your child and having fun will always outweigh everything else. Family man before showman!

Loved what James said to his 12 year old son, brought tears to my eyes. If only all kids could be lucky enough to have a Dad like him. James really has a way with words.

“What is success?” Could not agree more, it’s not always what people think! Success for me is peace of mind and healthy relationships. Excellent interview with a true human being, JC.

To hear James explain the psychological effect of doing a show where your name is in lights everywhere, your name is on walls and doors everywhere in a big studio, and the crowd is going crazy but there is an applause sign in front of them, and the reasons he let that all go was a beautiful lesson. There is a time to work and a time to rest. I miss his show, but I'm happy to see him thriving! Two philosophers having a meaningful conversation! It was great!

James is so thoughtful. I loved how he expresses himself. Beautiful. I also love the interviewer listening and never interrupting. He listened and let James really express himself. Very unusual

The entire interview is wonderful. He’s humble and grounded.
The balloon analogy…. Priceless. “How much of tomorrow am I willing to borrow?” Ooooo….
Super interview guys!

I love the message of living in the moment. I have never seen a famous person live those words. He is definitely a grounded philosopher. I love him xx

Every parent should copy James's speech to his son and say it to their sons and daughters exactly the way James did it. I love that he didn't start by "telling" his son that he loves him, he made him say it, he validated him, and encouraged him to embrace the change. it's brilliant!

I ❤️ this podcast. Jay has such self control. The ability to listen attentively and remain quiet is a superpower. It's a quality that I desperately desire to have. I enjoyed the experience.

I respected James before but after this interview, I have profound respect for this man. What an incredible human. The wisdom he shared during this podcast is so valuable to me. I loved the bit about letting go of what you currently have to make room for what’s next. Also, what I would have done to have a Father coach and love me the way James did his 12yr old son. His kids are so blessed.

My favorite interview yet! James you are great not because of the things you made on tv but because the way you think and your philosophy of life!

James is a walking piece of Love. I cried with him many times. Even though I miss his show so much, I am, at the same time, incredibly happy for him.

The balloon! That was so powerful, James. This is a great way to express the importance of living it out. I love this.

I worked with James on Dr Who and he is not only a talented actor but what a nice guy . We were talking on set one day about life etc and he said that he had a plan but first came his work life balance . To him his family came first and if it didn’t work out he would stop . I then learned was talking about the huge decision to go to the USA . Respect .
