I have the same problem as Trang. Mine won't "click" together. I am very disappointed. Who is making this product now? How hard is it to have two items click together?!

Glad to find this. Have to return it. Gave it 1 star on Amazon. I called Tech Support and the call disconnected. Don't know if they hung up, but they didn't call me back. All they had to do was call me back. I'm not waiting another freaking hour on hold. Straight out of the box, this thing didn't work at all. It just beeped and didn't spray anything. I followed troubleshooting and it didn't do anything. If you're considering buying one, I can't express to you in stronger terms: my advice is don't.

It is impossible to disassemble the handle, I am in the middle of moving to another state and now it is possible that this may have been a waste of money if I can’t bring this with me

I got my Bissell last weekend but it didn't come with a charger. Per the box it isn't included. Kind of sucks. So i had to order it. Was able to use it for half a room befote it died.

Have these at work they worked fine for about a year then stopped need a new nozzle. For the price seems a bit poor quality

I’ve had this Spinwave for less than a year. It worked fine until the other day where the part that clicks the handle in place broken. I do not have an authorized service dealer anywhere near the state of NM so I sent Bissell an email and never got a response. I tried the chat feature to no avail as I never got a rep to get on the chat. Terrible customer service. Will not be purchasing another Bissell product again.

Bull crap. My handle will not click into place!! So, if I use it, the handle comes loose!! Very disappointed in this product!
