Gujarati Padvali Rotli or Two Layer Roti, or Be-padi Rotli :Padvali Roti, also known as Two Layer Roti, is a delightful variation from the usual roti. During mango season, it's a treat enjoyed with aamras.

Ingredients:
* Rotli dough (made from whole wheat flour)
* Oil
* Flour (for dusting)
* Ghee
Instructions:
1. Prepare Rotli Dough:
* Make rotli dough using whole wheat flour as per your preferred recipe.
2. Roll Out Two Disks:
* Take two dough balls and roll each into small disks.
3. Layer and Apply Oil:
* Apply oil on one side of one disk and sprinkle flour on it.
* Place the other disk on top, pressing the edges to secure.
4. Roll Again:
* Roll the double-layered rotli again to ensure it sticks together.
5. Cook:
* Cook the rotli on a hot tawa or griddle, pressing gently with a spatula.
* Cook on both sides until golden brown spots appear.
6. Separate Layers and Apply Ghee:
* Once cooked, carefully separate the two layers.
* Apply a generous amount of ghee on each layer.
7. Serve:
* Serve the Padvali Rotli hot with aamras or any other accompaniment of your choice.

I am gujrati, we always eat this at weddings, hostel or any event where food needs to be so much and be made fast so by this we can make two roties at once.
