In the photo of the couple sitting on a bench, the Summilux has a much more 3D pop and better microcontrast, the colors in the Typoch are muted.
In the other portraits, the Summilux also has better separation.
Optical glass is very expensive as are optical coatings. so don't expect any miracle,
Manufacturing in China is cheaper, but don't expect anything for free. If it's only worth $800, that's its value, not a gift, and even with that price, Typoch logically makes money.

Why is focussing with a 1.4 50mm on a rangefinder tricky? I don't own one I just thought it's kind of the most liked lens for the Ms?

You apparently had to make some written corrections to the video that not everyone will notice. That is a bit sloppy, degrades your video and might suggest bias. Pity.

No matter what folks say, it's not a Leica Lens! I've seen this crap all the time. If you cannot afoord new lenses, look at good old Leica! If still no, get a different camera, Nikon, Canon, Pentax. Their lenses are equal, often better!
