Xbox guy here. As soon as I got wind of this sneaky launch I immediately purchased it. No research no thoughts process just purchased. Loved the MGS titles and I do see some of that transferred into DS. Awesome game and love the coop aspect.

Installed on PS4 for a while, haven't started it yet (chasing after other leaving games on subscription services). Now it seems very likely it will be leaving PlayStation Plus Extra on December 15.

If so, would you recommend I buy the PS4 or the Series X (Director's Cut) version?

I tried to get into this, i gave it a solid 4-6 hours and i just couldn't bring myself to play anymore... if it takes more than 6 hours to get into a game. Thats not good. I played outerworlds for about 25-30 hours and i gotta say, first 20 were fun as hell. Eventually i literally looked at the game said "im not having fun" and never touched it again.

I still don't fully understand why anyone in this day and age has an Xbox. Xbox doesn't have anything you can't play somewhere else, and PC has gotten much more affordable.

It's not interesting enough for me to care what system it's on. It's in third person. The only good third person games are Jedi Fallen Order and Survivor.
