Here Ilya seems to be still the kid marveled at his discovery of consciousness. In this talk, he communicates more enthusiasm than actual information. But this is Ok. He gives more details in other talks and interviews.
In a world filled with people using their talent to get ridiculously rich, he is really trying to convey his confidence in the progress ahead, and the importance of the moment in history that we are witnessing. We need this.
