There was one in Knight where a guy is screaming about how two face is better and a penguin thug said
Penguin thug: “wait!! You work for Two Face!?”
Two Face thug:“Yeah??”
P:“I remember you! I work for penguin!”
2F: “Holy crap I thought that was you! You nearly gouged my eyes out in Arkham City!”
P: “yeah, good times! How are ya?”
2F: “I’m good, how’s the shark?”

Sounds like his mother would be someone Joker would take a liking too. The killing with the potato peeler alone would cause that.

I immediately start picturing this woman looking at the calendar obsessively then when the day comes she just puts on a dress, does her hair and makeup, grand a potato peeler and says "Welp! It's that time of the year!" and heads out like nothing's wrong.
