"Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. apologized Tuesday to former President Donald Trump after footage of a private call between the two was leaked online by his son Bobby Kennedy III.

In the now-deleted video, recorded on Sunday, the day after the assassination attempt against Trump at his Pennsylvania rally, Bobby Kennedy III wrote that the former president can be heard “giving his real opinion to my dad about vaccinating kids.”"

I think all of these takes that say it was a bad idea to release the tape is ridiculous. As an avid RFK jr supporter, I expect him to be open, honest and transparent about his campaign and that's exactly what he has been since day one. The fact that Trump called him shows Trump needs his base. He even basically says with you and me together, we will win at one point in the audio. The Truth is RFK Jr is 100 times better a person than Trump will ever be. Anybody questioning Bobby's motives here doesn't know what he's all about.

Im all for this. We need more of reaching across the aisle and people working together. Bobby is one of nations biggest environmentalists and health and safety activist. Trump risking his Big Oil and Big Pharma support but he's willing to do it to make the tent bigger and inclusive. That's more leadership than the Biden people have shown in 4 years.

If you can get past his voice, RFK makes more sense than the mainstream media lets on, and even TYT sells him short. I don't agree with everything obviously, and his vaccine stance is a hard sell because it's way more nuanced than a few sound bites can cover, but I would love to see him in a debate against Trump, he'd wipe the floor with Trump, something Biden can't do.

I really feel like these two guys are professional and personal acquaintances, and are treating each other with the respect and dignity that deserves.

Trump is smart enough and savvy enough to ask RFK if he would be interested in joining his ticket. He would have been dumb not to, and RFK would have had to be dumb not to listen.

Clearly Biden had spoken with both of them at one point or another.

That is how it is supposed to be. Our elected officials are supposed to disagree with each other on policy, but accept and understand that their opponents want a better world.

My child had 30 vaccinations before age 2 he has autism like so many children. At least Trump cares to look into it rather then automatic dismissal. I know 5 parents between work and family with autism child. Remember the formula crisis yeah it was worrisome and biden did not care he did nothing. The crisis was for months!
