Huawei Ascend Mate Size Comparison at CES 2013!

The Huwei Ascend Mate has a freakin' 6.1" display. For a brief moment... My Note 2 felt small!

The specs are awesome though. 9.9mm thin with a 4,050mah battery. 13MP camera and 6.1" Super IPS display

The design actually looks pretty cool. Nice, simple, and sleek. Only things I'm not too much a fan of is the dock and home screen dot indicators that resemble iOS very closely. Also, I hope there is a way to disable the double back press to hide the 3 soft keys. I feel like those would accidentally disappear quite a bit which would get insanely annoying.

I Had a Huewai before i got my Note 2, that phone was only 3.8" but awesome aswell. It had a rubberyback so the phone couldnt slip in your hands for example. And after i dropped it like 10 times in the cieling and never had any case for it, the screen broke up in to pieces which shattered off. and the screen STILL WORKED :)

Honestly, I think it's too big. In my opinion, I don't think a phone can get much bigger than the Note II and still be fully usable. In this video, I noticed you had to adjust your hand a decent amount, which would annoy many people. I'd still love to see this phone in person, though! Thanks for the video.
