2025 Australian International Airshow Trade Day 1

Tuesday, March 25th 2025, herald's the official start to the 16th showing of the Australian International Airshow, held at Avalon Airport since its inception, back in October 1992.
Today's vision encapsulates the Australian Defence Force Showcase, showing the current capabilities of Australia's technologically advanced ADF assets, and most importantly, the people behind the scenes that make it happen, from tech's, ground crew, trades, and the list is endless, without whom, the aircraft would never leave the ground.

In order of appearance regarding the ADF Showcase - Royal Australian Air Force
Lockheed Martin F-35A Lightning II / Boeing F/A-18F Super Hornet Launch
100 Squadron CAC CA-18 Mustang plus Supermarine Spitfire MkVIII launch with display and heritage formation.
Boeing P-8A Poseidon display, followed by current front line fighters in company with an Airbus KC-30A MRTT.
Transport assets with the C-27J Spartan, C-130J Hercules plus the Boeing C-17A Globemaster III all showing their proven capabilities.
Overwatch flights conducted by F-35A's and F model Supers keeping the jet noise constant to keep the crowds enthralled.
To end the demo, the crack Aerobatic Team the Air Force Roulettes put on a spectacular display amongst a blue Avalon sky, with their superb Pilatus Aircraft Ltd PC-21 Aircraft.
Last launch was the Honeywell Boeing 757-200 Test bed Demonstrator.
