Come on guys... the 15 second turning rule would mean that the steering software has 15 seconds to make the turn after turn signal starts. So it can wait if another car is in the way. It does not mean that you have to wait 15 seconds before turning. The current 5 second rule means turns must sometimes be cancelled and reinitiated. So this rule change is intended to help, not hinder, autopilot.

It took Tesla Energy crew 1 full day to install my 48 Solar Panels and 2 Powerwalls with 2 Solar Edge Inverters. Pretty sure it was at least 3, maybe 4 different vehicles where really just one was like a moving truck including all the equipment and the Electrician vehicle was one of those Mercedes Utility vans, but rest regular vehicles. The total crew count was probably 10-15 including installers, electricians, aesthetic / paint guy, project manager, etc. Not everyone stayed there the full time. It was impressive how well they all worked together and got everything done and tested before giving me the down low on how to turn system back on once I have PTO (permission to operate).

Not only were they very professional and efficient, they asked before starting to confirm where I want stuff placed, what paint color to use for different parts of the conduits, and what had previously been discussed and was on diagram was the Solar Edge inverters would be outside, I said, can they be inside, and they adapted to my request (within what would pass city inspection) without skipping a heart beat. Pro crew all around in everything from how they worked to how they discussed and updated me including testing of system and what to expect on permitting and everything else leading up to PTO.

We just ordered our first TESLA! A Model 3 - can't wait! Also submitted a request for Solar - apparently not available in Texas yet. :-(
