Seems decent for small jobs for front yard and back yard. Electric is taking over, but for the real heavy duty gas / diesel is needed.

Excellent real world demo. It looks like it had zero issues with cutting through the existing grass. Would you recommend this machine?

I wish you would have till the grassy area to see if it would actually tear up the grass. I have used a sun Joe in the past in a garden that was dirt, and it worked just like you showed. But I'm wondering if I could use it to tear up a stretch of lawn that I want to remove

I have this tiller. You make it look so easy. I live in Texas and tried to till so I could extend my vegetable garden. My soil must we really hard and clay like here though.

Parts are not available, my liner helix is broken and they discontinued manufacturing that part.

But was wondering should I spray weed killer on them first to kill them.then use this machine?
Then replant the grass?
Just wondering what steps to take that would be most efficient.

I bought this...and I had cut the grass low before using it . It rained evening before and afternoon off. Tried it a few hours after the rainfall and all I can tell is it cuts the grass to small pieces. It barely moves any dirt! 😒 I did it exactly like this video...
