Stunning! That would be you, Melissa! The Park MGM, not so stunning but still a favorite of mine to stay at. The rooms are small but they are clean and its nice to see the hallways to the rooms have been brightened up as well. Love the smoke free and always Eataly is a great place to grab a bite. Thank you! I don’t wander down that way to stay so it was interesting to see the rooms. There are definitely some new eats down there I didn’t know about. My favorite thing to do sometimes when I am tired of walking is sitting in the park area in front of TMobil arena. Great people watching.
I love the places to sit, under the trees and just relax. Vegas can be exhausting sometimes. I had no idea there is a tram from NyNy that goes all the way to the Aria. Does it run behind the hotels? That saves a lot of steps to get back to more center strip. Do you know the hours it runs? It seems the south end of the strip doesn’t get as much attention as mid-Strip and north. What a treat to find new places to explore, new food to eat. Thanks Melissa! Oh, thanks to your camera guy too. He’s great 😂😂

Another great video, Melissa and Enrique! Park MGM looks nice, except for the rooms. Love the non-smoking feature and a pretty convenient location. We usually stay at the Palazzo when we’re in Vegas, but we have considered staying at the Aria and using the convenient indoor walkway to gamble at Park MGM’s non-smoking casino.

Great thorough review!! We stayed there once when they first became PARK; the view we had was stunning and shower pressure was great. I don’t think we would stay there again. I found it a little boring. Location wise, I loved it. But we still always go to the park area. It’s one of the few areas that has some shade

Great review! I love Park MGM for the convenience and the cleanliness. I do agree that the design of the standard rooms is a bit odd. I guess they were going for the New York City studio apartment vibe. The old Monte Carlo rooms were much nicer. That being said, I've stayed on that property on and off since 1998. I do miss the old pool area with the lazy river. That was all sacrificed during the construction of City Center. Overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives. I am looking forward to staying there again soon!

I like Park in general, especially non smoking casino, but the rooms kill it for me. I had a strip view, but the bed shoved in a closet was odd. The tv is on a wall to the side so you can’t see it directly from the bed. The lighting is what bothered me the most, there was a weird hanging light in the middle of the room with the exposed cord/conduit running from an outlet on the wall. Looked like something a bad handyman would do. The bulbs were harsh white, giving it an office building look and feel. It just didn’t have a welcoming vibe. I checked out after one night and went to Mandalay Bay. MGM was good about not charging any cancellation fee, so props for that.
