CESMACH (Campesinos Ecologicos de la Sierra Madre de Chiapas) is a co-op of coffee farmers in the El Triunfo Biosphere reserve, Chiapas, Mexico. Established in 1994, they promote organic farming across 3,090 acres, with over 60% of farms certified for higher premiums, which are pooled into a community savings fund for member financing. Their commitment to conservation, economic sustainability, and community loyalty has led to great success, making their coffee one of our most popular single-origin offerings.
