most of my generation ( baby boomers) of Welsh farming stock learn't to drive on one of these progressing to a 135 which is the same thing on steroids. Age 12 I would frequent a local dealers yard during my school lunch hour, making a real nuisance of my self trying to buy a ticket up from the many dead T20s in the field beyond the dealers yard. This dealer had switched to International but was taking in Ferguson's from his established customer base fist selling the B250, then the 275 and the B414. I think the poor starting of the FE35 made it an easy choose but by the time the improved, MF 3 cylinder appeared many had defected but I am sure some returned to the fold as the 35/135 was a far better all round tractor for hill farmers of the time. All though I did'nt know all the Ferguson models, among the old tractors in that dealers dump field in1964 stood O now realise were :- Ford 9Ns some on steels in Fergusoon Browns, UK T20 continentals, P 3 conversions, Early fordsons pre 1923, continentals, later prewar fordsons, and other lesser makes from a by gone age. The dealer I think spoke to my uncle and I did not get a £10 fixer up of my own untill1977.

I ❤ a tvo 20 i own a early 6 volt and a 1955 12 volt witch runs lovely that one in the video is a 12 volt but isnt running near as well as it sud 👍

Great video. I don't understand the Petrol / TVO set up. Could you explain please? So you start on petrol? start on TVO? run on TVO? Any chance an expert on here could help explain?

2 seconds into the video a round two piece container is seen above the steering linkage, what is that? Filter housing?
I got a tef20 diesel and that part was left open so rainwater came in thats why im wondering what its for. I havent tried starting it because of that

U start the engine on petrol and when it warms up to around 80 on the temp clock u then switch over to t v o witch is kero house heating oil because u cant get t v o in years so u have no option but to use kero mixed with petrol l gal of petrol to 4 gal s of kero and a half pint of engine oil or 2 stroke to a full tank is the rite mix 👍
