We need to do away with all squatters laws. If you're on property that's not yours... Ass kicking.

I rather deal with this than wake up early in the morning to go work at a warehouse. Just saying.

I bought a house 2 years ago, 29 years old, I work a dead end job so hard to afford even at the sick rate I got. The bank sends me lawsuit letters when I'm 28 days late on the morg. If you make more than 50k a year build your credit and buy don't rent

Shitty flipper landlords are definitely the ugly side of real estate, couldn't agree more.

Here's some info that will make your head spin. When a bank pulls a foreclosure on a home, they trigger a Trust account payoff of the property, that's linked to the individual(s) on the loan, the payoff request goes to the treasury, which goes to the federal reserve, that $$ then ends up being payed to the Bank about 3-7 days after foreclosure proceedings are complete. this means the bank just got PAID IN FULL for the amount of the loan. The bank then goes and re-sells the property, typically for 60-75% of the value to quickly get it off their hands. So technically speaking, if you were to squat on your home as it's undergoing foreclosure, then get arrested (they can only hold you for 10 days MAX for this charge) then when you get out, you go back and squat again, that home is now yours, with a full payoff, and if you're still on the deed, anyone trespassing on your land can be dealt with by sheriffs office. I've helped people keep their homes with foreclosures before, this game is nightmarish and the banks are acting fraudulently but if you don't know about 18 USC 8, ya wont know how to respond accordingly.

I’m just tired of all these people that are buying up the houses that aren’t even living in there and renting them for six grand a month

We also need to get rid of the ability to take someone's house for missed taxes. Taking is just wrong. Maybe not legally, but morally

Read the damn caption people - precious homeowner. This guy bought the house probably from the bank, from what looks like an older man. Don’t call him a squatter… he probably got screwed by big banks and greedy corporate America and now the final f you is being kicked out by a house flipper.

Not gonna lie, sometimes I see real estate guys just like I see drug dealers. I wanna know the story with that senior citizen. There are two sides to every story. If he's a squatter then he deserves that. But if it's that old man's family house, it's a different story.

It's easiest to lease it to someone you trust... Lease rights are stronger than owners rights for some reason... Check it out

I could not be a landlord, I would be hurting people that are being stupid.

This guy is a wholesaler, which means he paid off the property tax that the homeowner may have owed on the property behind the owners back and was able to buy the house at auction. Now he’s there trying to kick these people out. This sort of thing should be illegal. Some of those properties are completely paid off by the homeowners before they go up for auction. It’s robbery

The ugly side of preying on poor and elderly who fell behind on property tax which should not exist in the United States

Banks screwing over the homeowner, then losing their home. Someone/investors purchase it on Sheriff Sale.( FYI-owners cannot bid or purchase at sale.) Please understand, I'm not for squatters. I'm writing about a different senecio.

This happens a lot where I live. Incomes have stagnated and people can't afford their homes anymore, so they go into foreclosure and assholes like this come in and buy them to flip or rent. The same one family owns like half the houses in our town now and have made a lot of enemies.

A lot of people aren't squatters a lot of people have had their title stolen and their house is sold without their knowledge
