I'm trying to seriously up my editing skills this weekend and I'm glad I know about your awesome channel. (I made a 3D intro thanks to your tutorials!) I've never seen such great tutorials before. I just watched a video about 3D camera transitions and I'm going to practice it now. I love the way you teach it. But I still don't get the mask, subtract, and intersect modes. Why when I export it using media encorder, the transition parts appear in black?

Bro instead of duplivatimg the mask cant you not just use invert wont it still work smoothly?

When your adding the mask on the second clip, i get how your charactor dissapears but then how do you make the backround dissapear and not the charactor
