CA Technologies Air Assisted Airless Demo

In this video I will be showing the use of a new CA Technologies OB14-W5 air assisted airless unit with Bobcat spray gun.
I recently purchased a CA Technologies 14:1 air assisted airless unit from a company called Finish Systems. My intended use of this unit is for spraying high solids pigmented precatalyzed lacquers and primers. However, I ended up using it to spray my clear high solids precatalyzed lacquer on a cabinet that needed to get finished due to a main air motor lower seal failure on one of my Kremlin 10:14s during shipment of the new CA Technologies unit.
I have been doing a lot of research for a 3rd air assisted airless unit that is reasonable in cost and is compatible with both waterborne and acid cure precatalyzed and post catalyzed lacquers and conversion varnishes, so it had to be stainless steel, and not chrome plated or carbon steel.
After months of research, I decided to try the CA Technologies OB14-W5 with the Bobcat spray gun, and so far, its everything my Kremlin units are and then some.

Any advice on how to prevent bleeds in vertical paint jobs ? Just lessen the output ? Thanks

Great video. What size tip are you using?  Does the Bobcat have a fluid adjustment know or just a fan adjustment knob?

my next question is I'm trying to use this graco falcon 20:1 to spray waterbase sherwin williams proclassic and it looks like I need to thin my product otherwise It uses alot of air to atomize the product, so is this normal?

I have such a pump, but sometimes it hang on bleeding air between strokes and loosing fluid pressure on gun . Have no idea what wrong with it and can't find any parts diagram for air motor . Frustrated, appreciate any advice .

how big of a compressor do you need for this spray rig? I just purchased 2 gracos falcons 20:1 and lonoking to get the right compressor for it, any suggestions will be appreciated. TIA
