So it's actually really good then for the later rounds when moabs go at like 200% speed, they get slowed down to the fixed 50% speed rather than 100%

By being a set number, it makes it more effective when the Bloons are at high speed

And it also slows down ddt by like 90% but it only lasts for like half a second so they have to keep attacking to reapply the slow

About the same shtick with Snowstorm/AZ, thus why there have been challenges where you should avoid using such towers.

the ZOMGS are really MASSIVE, the ice monkey damage is very LOW but it can TAPER the bloons till they FADE

I think in late game that would be useful as these moabs would be so fast and that tower would just put it at the fixed speed rather than half of the very fast speed which is potentially way faster than the other way.

I think I saw isab do a challenge years ago where the trick was to use impale to do this same mechanic and you actually had to speed up the zomgs to win

I actually know this fact because back when tyler beat hard with bloons at 5% speed he used icicle impale to speed up the game lol

It does make sense. Since no matter what round and how fast the bloons, it will always make them go the same speed

Icicle Impale: I slow, but if lower than 50%, I buff

However the fixed value factor is really good in later rounds when Moab’s move at more than double speed it slows them down by 150 percent
