All you gotta do is workout. This was a problem for me. I would watch alot of workout videos and tips to lose weight but everything is so complicated. So one day I just started. I know alot of people have busy lives. But I'm a busy guy too. I'm in my final year of school and I have to study everyday so I can pass my final exams. But that doesn't stop me from working out. If you can take atleast 30 minutes a day to workout, that is more than enough. Cause I know alot of us spend way more time on our phones. So we have to stop making excuses.
