I love how all of their arcs have been handled, especially Mary’s and Matthew’s. A lot of movies overlooked there characterizations. While reading the Bible, you can tell Jesus is very lively, engaging, and enthusiastic, which this series shows extremely well.

The beatitudes are so very beautiful. I hold them within my heart and they come to my mind right when I need them the most. We are so very blessed beyond measure for our God loves us so❤

“When someone wants to find me, those are the groups they should look for.” To find Jesus as a friend, you must find friends of Jesus: unfinished, rough, stumbling, and far from perfect. People just like you.
This is the a great quality of the series. If your looking for a “perfect church”, you’ll never find it. You’ll just find people stumbling and bumbling, but blessed are those who are committed to the maturing of the Bride so the Groom may be happy when he returns.
I had wondered earlier: they are *really* drilling the division that Matthew must have created. They were such jerks to him. Now, what a beautiful snapshot of acceptance and affirmation.

This show has awaken something in me and made me see things in a way I can’t even begin to describe, love the fact we get to see how important are those who were apart of something much greater and how important they are the sacrifice God made thru his son so we could rejoice in his word and praise the son and the father that’s love and salvation. I’m so grateful to have encountered such bigger and greater purpose and be reborn in his love bless thy who has the son, the father and the Holy Spirit in them.
