I've had the honor of calling Mexico my home for the last 6 years now. At first it was a stop before moving up north, but I ended up loving Mexico so much that it could not help but settle here and I now have my family here. Wow, what amazing scenery and I absolutely love the farm to table breakfast. I love Babish and Rick on this Mexican journey and would love for this to be a series. Everything lookes so delicious. Both recipes looked amazing and the addition of the Serrano to add a little extra heat is great.
