Never been this excited for a 4 star. Have 130 pulls ready for Feixaio and his LC. Hopefully I can get a few copy's of Moze before spending them all or I'll have to decide between him and the LC.

I remember watching someone tested out Moze with ER Rope plus Grand Duke in a Robin comp. The difference in DMG increase is only around 10% compared to ATK% Rope. While ER enables Moze to ult every 1 Skill rotation if done right, which would result in more Feixiao stacks. I think its pretty cool that he's one of the few DPS that could make use of this build.
