If you look on the back of the instruction manual there is a little diagram that shows you where the extra nozzles go. As a previous comment states - orange is for "wet" foam, grey for intermediate and green for dry.
Hope this helps!

The IK foamers are the best for mobile detailers or those who deal with water restrictions. Gives you the option to work panel by panel, cleaning wheels is a breeze and it's just a fantastic detailing product, period.

The orange tip is for a “wet” foam, the grey tip for “standard” foam, and the green tip for “dry” foam. Love the channel!

How you don’t have a million subscribers amazes me! The best channel for detailing on YouTube!

The ik9 is actually really great. I use it to foam my entire car, and it works really well. Less pumping involved overall, and holds a lot of product. Also made of good quality materials.

The colored bits that you change to change the foam characteristics are changed from the hose thats inside when you unscrew the reservoir. As for the reservoir size it is a litre but I believe it even says in the little instructions included that your max fill is the .75 L mark, that's why you lose the pressure so fast too.

Just a heads up before you purchase it make sure your getting the one with the Inner changeable color sprayers

I use my IK 1, 5 Foamer with Bilt Hamber Surfex dilluted at 10% to clean my wheels on maintenance washes. I only fill up to 0, 75 L in the bottle, as this gives more air in the bottle to foam longer. I use the orange tip as this gives a wet foam. (Green for dry and grey for "normal"). As Anthony from the Rag Company in the epsiode with Matt from Obsessed Garrage about foamers, he mentions that Matt uses to much product, as i feel can be seen in your video here. With a wet foam aswell the product should run a bit more, meaning you can use less product on the wheel and let it run/dwell. Also love using my foamer for coin washes as i can foam up my wheels, lett it dwell for some time and then rinse for the quick washes during the winter.

I bought this foam sprayer. I love the foam it lays down, but as mentioned, the run time is low. I think it’s best if you don’t want to bust out the pressure washers, or want to hit your wheels and tires.

the interchangeable orange thingie goes on the inside ! You can change it to a grey one or a green one !

Jon you gotta try the IK Foam Pro 12, I got 1 today tried it and I think it's goodbye to foamcannons during water shortages. If you want to test it out I'm only in Worthing, your welcome to borrow.

Not tried the IK but have used the Ventus version which was good.

I have used the Mesto foamer for 4 years. Been a brilliant bit of kit but seals died. (I’m sure I could put a new o-ring in pump) handy if you don’t have multiple snowfoam lances or want 2 different products on the car quickly

Jon open the bottle, the clear pipe into the head. That is where you change the colour tips for wet, dry and normal

Using one of these on my motorcycles and very happy with it so far. Less pumping needed for bikes...

Old video new comment (haha)
I have the iK Foam pro 2. For context, I’m an apartment dweller with no access to running water. Honestly, this product is hype. You don’t _need_ foam to get the job done. If you want/need foam this is for you. But, if you’re cleaning wheels in the parking lot just use a trigger sprayer and an APC.

I bought a Gloria Foam Master (made in Germany, under £20 on Amazon) and it is great for using with a Waterless wash product like Prokleen when the car is dirtier. It gives more lubrication and helps encapsulate dirt more safely. You can Rinse the car, foam with Prokleen, wipe with a microfibre cloth and follow that with Last touch or Sonax BSD for a fantastic finish. If the car is not so dirt just skip the rinsing part. Always use common sense though when doing a Waterless wash.

I have the IK 1.5 foam and multi. Both very useful and well made. Seem very sturdy and should last.

Great review! I was looking at this model and it's bigger brother last year, but ultimately passed on getting either. I don't even use foam when I detail my cars, so I am very much looking forward to your next video foam!

This is a good idea, but I use a garden sprayer as this is a professional one, whether or not its different I would have to buy to test it.

To save time add a tire compressor valve then use a pressure gauge filler to 40psi with liquid in it (never empty).
