Reverberate 3 from liquidsonics is a better IR loader for many reasons, but mainly bc u can load two IRs at once and blend them, and it has an official m7 Convolution IR that sounds amazing

Cinematic Room is great with Percussion. Blackhole immersive works with everything. Relab Sonsig Rev‑A has a unic sound... Beam is my go to for special effects...

VSS3 for many years. I'm going to try VSS4. Some of the newer ones I've tried: EW spaces II, Denise Perfect Room 2, UAD Sound City.

That's awesome! I also have Relab and love how I can depend on its quality sound -- thanks for the list of cool plugins, as always! As a side-note, when I audition reverb plugins during mixing, one new test I discovered/invented this year is to solo the sides of the reverb plugin set to full wet (bx_solo is an excellent free plug for doing this), and listen for any 'metallic' aspects to the reverb's sound, since those stylizations are only going to be picked up and amplified when I start adjusting the stereo field downstream (with an M/S EQ, saturator, or other tool); -- Happy Mixing! :)

Studio One has a stock IR Reverb called Open Air and it has 3D Reverbs and they are unbelievable. T-Racks Room, Plate and Hall CRS series reverbs are good too.

I have most of those you reviewed but I also like Soundtoys Littleplate and Superplate and Baby Audio's Crystaline as well.

Just got the Blackhole Immersive for BF and man it's good! Other favs are Vahalla Vintage Verb & Plates, Muramusa Morphverb & UAD Lexicon 224

Similar primary reverbs here. I also like the Arturia REV-140 for plate, Primavera for Spring. And UAD Soundcity & Capitol for Room and Chamber verbs, for natural drum/string/brass room and vocals respecively.

Eventide SP2016 of course. Eventide Blackhole, Valhalla Shimmer and Supermassive, eaReckon EAReverb2, Baby Audio Crystalline, Klanghelm TENS, Waves H-Reverb and the Chroma Verb and the Quantec Room Simulator in Logic Pro.

and one other thing about raum, messing with the pre delay to a time align note like 1/4 note on snares etc is really nice for certain trap beats

good list, raum is insane on hihats if you make it darker sounding, but your right its best on synth pads and guitar/vox

Black hole and heavyocity’s Vast I usually use for cinematic music, if you haven’t tried vast I would give it whirl it’s very massive and deep

t.c electronic is also best one for making your songs slowed-reverb versions
