Also older Murad resembles younger Murad. They really nailed with the casting there.

It's interesting to see how Nurgul (Present Kosem) have almost the same mannerisms of Beren (Past Kosem)... obviously this version of Kosem is more matured, more tired of games, stronger and colder than the previous version due to the time being past and experiences being gained.
And by looks, present Kosem looks how we could think how Anastasia would look in her mid age.
