Last season BvB lost two youth coaches,
Hannes Wolf - Left BvB U19 at the start of 2016, won Bundesliga 2 with Stuttgart this season
David Wagner - Left BvB 2 at the start of 2016, guess you know how he did.

This season
Daniel Farke - Left BvB2
Benjamin Hoffmann - Won the local league and national playoffs against Bayern with BvB U19 (seems like a pretty good manager)
Sebastian Geppert - Took BvB U17 to the second place in the local league (also not bad)

If BvB loose any more coaches this season they will have to promote the grounds keeper to manage the youth teams. Also coach development in dortmund is insane....
