श्री भगवानुवाच
कुतस्त्वा कश्मलमिदं विषमे समुपस्थितम् ।
अनार्यजुष्टमस्वर्ग्यकीर्तिकरमर्जुन ॥ २ ॥

śrī-bhagavān uvāca
kutas tvā kaśmalam idaṁ
viṣame samupasthitam
anārya-juṣṭam asvargyam
akīrti-karam arjuna

The Supreme Personality of Godhead said: My dear Arjuna, how have these impurities come upon you? They are not at all befitting a man who knows the value of life. They lead not to higher planets but to infamy

This sloka starts with the words of swyam Bhagawan! Hare krishna🙏🏼
This is the best sloka to begin. 1st it started with the explanation of Brahman, Paraatman and Bhagwan. Example given by our Guru was the best as it made me realize more. Respecting brahmin is best as we are respecting god. But it is incomplete. Respecting Paraatma is also like respecting god but incomplete. And Respecting bhagwan is everything. But how ?
Like when the question is do you know about sunshine ? And we answer like : yess its a shine from sun. But when we know about the shape of sun and how the glow is there we can describe more. Exactly its as same as that of respecting brahmins and pra aatma. But when we know about the solar system and start explaining about the glories of Sun then it gonna be the most significant explanation. Exactly its as same as respecting Brahmin and Pramatman!! Its like respecting a part of god but not a complete god. So Bhagawan is there .
Bhaga + wan Bhaga means that which is eternal and wan means the beholder. Just like telling Dhanawan means the beholder of wealth. If we are referring one to be a Bhagawan, he must have 6 special features or characters we must say like : Wealth, Power (strenght), Famous, Beautyness, Knowledge and Vairagya . If someone possesses all these characters on topmost level without lacking any of them then we can call someone a god.
My Bhagawan krishna has all these characters.🥹 He is the topmost of all. For example when we talk about wealth he has mata laxmi, and when we talk about power, he holded the govardan prabhat for atraight 7 + weeks . We we call about famousness, we still glorify his makkhan chori, when we call about his beauty, noone in this universe is like Lord Krishna. When we talk about his knowledge, he gave entire bhagawat geeta to Arjuna in 45 minutes . And when we say about Vairagya, he is himself the biggest spritual master. So every qualities are shining in krishna like billions of suns. Even Lord Brahma told in one of his Grantha that There are alot of gods . But krishna is the supreme. He is the cause of all causes . We cant just finish his glories in some of our lines . He is the supreme personality.
So at last as conclusion he is telling Arjuna that, Arjuna! Why are you soo upset when Me ‘ Swyam Bhagawan” is here with you! End of Bhagawat Geeta Chapter 2 Sloka 2 on my perspect of listening.
