Is this the best hotel in Kotor (Montenegro)?Rooftop pool, Netflix, modern architecture and interior

A modern and up-to-date five-stars hotel in Kotor, Montenegro. From reception to the room , from the balcony to the rooftop, from modern touch switches to latest airco, from Nespresso to branded toiletries. From Netflix to all other facilities spa bath, indoor and outdoor pools, and that's not all, the yummy breakfast is the cherry on top. The staff was nice and friendly. It's few minutes walk from the beach. You have to walk a bit more to get to the city center.
As this was still a new hotel, rates were not so high in the beginning but now with the time and all positive reviews it's having, rates might increase.
