Question. How is this process affected if the oxygen molecules were to be put into an excited state
(for example by elektromagnetic radiation at 60 Ghz, which is the exact absorption frequency for oxygen molecules, hence the added energy would shift the oxygen molecules into excited states with changed finestructure). So, would that then affect the oxygen hemoglobin loading processes in some way? How?
