I watched this and was super impressed. Never heard of the place, looks amazing. Hoooowever.. lack of vegetarian options? That's so 2018. For real though, you don't have to like a meat free diet, to create and offer meat free options. All you need to do, is like money. Greggs in the UK made something like £100m MORE the year that it controversially introduced the vegan sausage roll.
