Nice exercises but I find that one of the best way to strenghten back muscles without any risk is swimming. These kind of training if done bad can seriously injure yourself even if you don't feel it at the moment.

Swimming gives you back-muscles power, a good stance and a LOT of muscle endurance.

I can keep my 64# hoyt gamemaster at the anchor point a lot and doing a lot of shoots.
