Tai Lung was Shifu's nemesis
Shen was Po's nemesis
Kai was Oogway's nemesis

I think Shen is the best villain in a series full of great ones because of his connection to Po. Po has a more personal stake in this fight than against Tai Lung or Kai.

Relatable villain. He sabotaged his entire life because of the prophecy. But he did everything to avoid it, for that I respect him. For the fact that he resisted his fate until the very end without betraying his principles, even though in the end all his efforts were in vain. As a resident of the fifth circle of hell, I approve🦚
