As a Christian I am always interested in the Jewish point of view, In particular how our laws are applied to politics and individual rights. No better orator of the facts of Constitutional law other than Alan Dershowitz. Enjoyed this video very much, however I think the interviewer spoke way too much and should have allowed AD to expand on his ideas.

Courage doesn't come without a price, I'm enciurage to see that there are still some in our nation who stand for truth. I might not agree with Dr Dershowitz's political social views, but I highly respect his commitment to Constitutional adherence as well as standing for Israel. One of the best interviews ever, in large part because Mr. Golub has such an excellent grasp of the issues. His questions were very effective and to the point. Mr. Dershowitz is a very principled individual, who although I disagree with many of his political opinions, has my respect for his defense of the Constitution and the precepts of the founding fathers.

Mark Golub loves to listen to himself talk. He really needs to just ask questions and let his guests do the talking. That is the sign of a good interviewer. It is not about the interviewer....it is about the person being interviewed.

If a woman or a man is sexually assaulted, that person should say something within a reasonable length of time, like maybe within a year or two.  After that time it is too late.  If the person was as child, they should say something within a year or two of becoming an adult.
