I’m super happy and sad seeing the welder card again…I pulled the Secret Art welder card from unbroken bonds, due to me chasing it because i myself am a welder. And…and then, unironically, my house caught on fire and burnt my entire collection *including* my welder card.

Um, Bebe IS a character in the pokemon games, I believe she's the one who runs the PC system for Sinnoh.
That being said, she is kinda a niche character so it's not unsurprising you didn't know about her. Even I'm surprised I remembered, though perhaps I involved her in one of the stories I made up for my player characters for my Pokemon diamond and pearl games.

Relic Hunter feels like it belongs in Yu-Gi-Oh. The design is so alien to pokémon. And funny yet it's an e-reader card. Which means it actually has a bunch of Sprite maps on the card for certain games.

It's interesting how we have so many original characters while still having so much untapped potential from the anime, manga, and side games. Imagine how hard an illustration art featuring someone like Professor Ivy, Pokemon Hunter J, or Conquest's version of Nobunaga Oda would go.
