1 year review: Solid korean made unit. Easily flippable screen so I could mount it (velcro on dash) speaker facing outwards. I usually dont care about RGB, but being able to match colors with my car's dash illumination is a plus - also has the option to dim it for night driving. At the end of the day, this is a small unit. Gets a bit hot for prolonged transmissions and especially if your antenna is not tuned (high SWR). Voice quality (transmit) is above average. Reception / filtering / clarity is average. Lack of scrambler settings makes finding the right inversion frequency to be compatible with other brands a bit hit and miss (eg. there are no really compatible settings with iCOM. still usable, but will sound a bit weird). Will purchase again given the price vs performance if I get a new car.
