I know just a bit about this scene. The people in the poo; made a complaint against the Pakistani woman fire fighter about rules/regulations. Call this a Karma moment... The whiners got just desserts and the Captains were going by "the book" instead of making things comfortable for the two that complained about unnecessary uses of resources for victim's comfort. 😅😂
