Ethical Investing, also known as Socially Responsible Investing (SRI) or Sustainable Investing, provides a positive impact on society while helping you generate long-term financial gains. It is an investing principle where investors put money behind companies with the intention of both making money and supporting companies which are making good ethical choices in areas such as the environment, social good, and governance (shortened as ESG).

In this video I walk through what ethical investing is, how you can go about finding ethical investments that fit your particular investing approach, and finally compare the returns you can expect from making ethical investments versus traditional investments. By the end of this video you should have the knowledge and tools to get started in making your own ethical investments based on whatever ethical guidelines you think companies need to meet to earn your investment. By "voting" with your dollars, you can impact how companies approach social responsibility and sustainability, encouraging them to make more forward-thinking decisions that will benefit both them and society in the long run.
