It’s been 8 years, I think I’ve finally found the physical way of how this works.
I think the beads are in the holes and the pen pulls them up when you want to draw. Remember, this took 8 years.

That shouldn't be a problem. Unless you expose your magnet to insanely high temperatures or have a few hundred years to spare, the magnet in the stylus will not lose any of its magnetic properties.

There's only one magnet, and that's in the pen. If the balls are stuck you could try shaking the tablet a bit and see if that frees them.
