Disparity in Indian Policies are not acceptable to common mass. One Age One Pension is sought. Fit retirees must get employment in continuity to its earnings. There is huge gap between govt & non-govt . There is a disconnect between Central & State Governments. If only govt officials are to be benefitted, then there be 2 seperate electoral system in India for Government and for Non-government (Privatisation).

Maximum age limit should be restricted upto and for 33 years which is the limitations of eligibility for pension. Early entry shuld be retired early. If entered service at 18 years shuld retire by 51 years of age so that unemployment problem is family to great extent. Similarly, If entred at the age of 27 years will retired at 60 years of age. Husband & wife if in Government service should get only single family pension instead of double. As the living cost is downward to 50℅ against pension. It should not be
another source of income. Further, Husband wife bothe when if in service and stayed in same house, then there HRA should be restricted to one. As one should be treated as Government servant and other will be treated as family.

The pay increases with age, so also the pension benefits. If no pension is granted then increase age . If pension is given then reduce the age, cause govt need to pay more pension too until death...
