Zen business I purchased the most expensive package thinking I was doing something, I called to ask a question about how the package would benefit and was told they can’t answer certain types of questions because they’re not lawyers to buy recommendations lol✌🏾Tried incfile, the rep sounded like she was lying down half sleep and gave a speech on a product I asked nothing about charged for what I actually wanted and still fumbled. Then legal zoom thee worst reps smart mouthed I refuse to give my money to companies that are to big to respect my lil money/business.currently learning how to become my own agent .

I tried using incfile and it was a complete disappointment. After5 days patiently waiting for results I closed my account and requested full refund which they quickly honor. Because they are finding themselves extremely busy these days, they definitely don’t care about providing good customer service.

Love your review it’s In-depth and thorough, a quick question I can see on zenbusiness website that EIN’s for international non resident applicants are faxed or mailed but I’ve heard people say international applicants can call the IRS and get an EIN immediately, what do you recommend?

So I called zen busniess and they explained that the total for a registered agent and the 199 service, would total to $624.00 for everything. Is that right? I thought they were a registered agent service, but now I’m confused? If you could please explain a bit I’d really appreciate it.
