Good information, thank you!

An easy category of foods, Dry foods is missing however and would appreciate your thoughts.
Our grocery has a good selection of these. They call these soup mixes here but these are basically (sun)dried foods like dry kidney beans/peas/chick peas, dry lentils, grains like barley, dried veggies like sun-dried tomatoes, dry chillies etc.
Just soak these in water for a few hours, drain and cook delicious dishes!

It seems like these don't have some risks of canned vegetables like high sodium and are not only cost-effective but also easier to store and use for longer-periods. Thoughts?
