I don’t really understand why you would pinch your airline. That would cause a weak spoke which could become a hole. I just let the air out of the bags remove one and start the truck up. The air compressor adds more than enough air to keep the other bags full enough to replace the new airbag. I just did all 4 of mine that way.

Easy one there got to like them. I always hated trailers for some reason fight all the way. I never liked the ones that had the nut and air line together. Remove air line, fitting, clean off the top to get to the big nut and hope it comes off after wire brushing it as good as possible. I didn't have torches on my service truck had air compressor ya. Great video thanks sorry I rambled on. The trailer always had to be loaded to. I like your videos very professional and informative

clean the bolts and oil them before reinstalling. clamping the air line can damage or weaken it.

Could you use the suspension dump switch in the cab instead of using the leveling valve to inflate and deflate the suspension?

Note that the 'use the air suspension to lift/lower the frame' move is ill advised if you're working on a piece of shit with NO good air bags.

My Kenworth t680 doesn't have a dump switch in the cab.How can I tell if it has a solenoid and other parts for a dump switch or could it be it came from the factory with no components.

But we drilled it out so that it would fit and with a little bit of help from an adaptor Cash, 1 piece at a time!

Dump air
Clamp off line
Loosen bolts
Fill airbags
And the bag just pops out?

Isn't it easier to put the 2 bolts on top first, then lower, and put the stud last?
