For the third consecutive fortnight, petrol and high-speed diesel or HSD prices in Pakistan are expected to decrease by Rs5-6 per litre, beginning September 1, due to a decline in international market prices. According to informed sources, the prices of petrol and HSD dropped by $2 to $2.30 per barrel over the last fortnight.
